How To Survive The Flu As a Daily Cannabis Smoker

Cannabis remedies for the cold and flu season when smoking is not an option.

The cannabinoids THC and CBD have been shown to have pain-relieving, sleep-inducing, and anti-inflammatory properties.

On your sick day when you’re home, wrapped in a blanket, cannabis may help reduce body aches, ease inflammation of the airways, and increase relaxation to help you sleep.

Since smoking is not an option and even though vaping can be less irritating, I have an amazing smoke-free DIY home remedy that is quick and easy!

There are plenty of tinctures, capsules, teas, and edibles that you can purchase at your local legal cannabis store, but today I want to share with you my DIY Cannabis Cold and Flu Remedy recipe.

First Prep a cannabis infused THC rich tincture ahead of time (or purchase one from your local cannabis retailer).

I make a reserve to keep on hand for times like these.

THC Rich Tincture

DIY Cannabis Cold & Flu Remedy

Quick and easy!
  1. One cup boiling water
  2. Tea of your choice (optional)
  3. Slice of lemon
  4. One tablespoon Manuka honey
  5. Two droppers of cannabis THC rich tincture (or personal dose)

This remedy is super soothing on my throat and melts away my whole body aches and pains and aids in a restful sleep.

There are many companies out there that claim to be the end all be all of CBD and cannabis medicines. With the new booming legal cannabis market, how do you even know where to begin or who to trust?

Well here I am! 👱‍♀️

I have done some research for you to help eliminate the many charlatans and misleading companies. Here are my top 5 cannabis wellness companies in California. Each company is state compliant and lab tested. Although, I recommend these companies, I highly encourage you to do your own research.

Hopefully you can bypass the flu altogether this season, but if not I wish you a quick recovery with the best rest and comfort possible!

Cheers to good health!

Sincerely,

Katy
